Our Services

Home care services to fit your unique needs

24 HOUR CARE

24-hour home care is provided by caregivers who are available to provide caregiving services throughout the day and night. This usually requires 2 in-home caregivers that rotate shifts.

24-hour support should be strongly considered for individuals living alone and/or with cognitive impairment, such as dementia and memory failures, or physical disabilities preventing proper hydration, meal preparation, toileting, self-administration of medications, high fall risks, or requiring around-the-clock care and supervision.

PERSONAL CARE

Sometimes our loved ones need help with basic activities of daily living, including hygiene and nutritional needs to stay in their homes.

Personal in-home care by our caregivers provide that needed support, so your aging or disabled family member can be where they’re happiest. Our personal care services can help with a range of needs, including:

  • Feeding
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Incontinance Care
  • Assistance with mobility such as: getting in and out of bed, standing and support in walking

COMPANION CARE

Companionship is crucial for keeping your independence. If you like movies and lunches out or crafts and puzzles, we will match a Caregiver with shared interests.

RESPITE

Respite care is often utilized for short term relief. This can be used while you transition from home to assisted living or to give your primary caregiver a break.

It is typically a short-term plan, however, often turns into a long-term plan after having the benefits Opulent Home Care provides.

HOSPICE/PALLIATIVE SUPPORT

Coping with end-of-life issues and care can be overwhelming. It’s stressful on the family, friends, and especially the loved one with a terminal condition.

No one wants to, but many consider nursing home care when care responsibilities increase. However, with the medical support of a hospice agency, and supplemental home care services, nearly everyone has the option to stay in the comfort of their home. Hospice is a supplemental option meaning they are there for short amounts of time.

Opulent Home Care partners with multiple agencies to offer additional support which takes a lot of stress off family members while they bond and cherish the remaining time with their loved one.

DEMENTIA

It’s not easy to take care of a patient with Dementia. There are things you need to adjust in order to maintain a gentle pace with them.

Our staff is educated and trained on the disease process and equipped with tools to exercise the brain. If our approach is drastic, it can agitate the client and cause a rapid decline, which is why we try our best to keep them in their home and surround them with things that provide comfort and familiarity.

Our agency offers around-the-clock support with the following services:

  • Engaging activities for mental stimulation
  • Meals and medication reminders on a routine schedule
  • Compassionate support for their day-to-day activities

STROKE

Sometimes all you need is a little help, sometimes a lot. In either case, Opulent Home Care can provide a qualified, trusted caregiver suited to you and your family at a fraction of the cost of an assisted living facility.

Having a 1:1 caregiver to patient helps improve strength and independence for a stroke patient. Also, having this one-on-one support ensures the proper nutrition, exercise and post appointment schedule.

TRANSPORTATION

Our caregivers have clean driving records, so they can assist our clients in everyday errands. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Grocery shopping
  • Doctor appointments
  • Social events

HEALTH & WELLNESS CALLS

If you have a loved one who is a senior living on their own, you may worry about how they are doing or if they are taking good care of their health.

They may feel lonely and neglected sometimes. Opulent Home Care has an option for us to check in on days we aren’t there, wake up calls, medication reminders or just to call and say hi.
